The HOA Board will typically meet on the second Tuesday every other month, with the exception of June and December. A mid-year meeting with neighborhood residents is held in June and the annual meeting to conduct an election of board members and present the proposed budget for the next year to the neighborhood is held in November at a location determined by the board. A neighborhood Christmas party is sponsored by the Hospitality Committee during December in a resident’s home.

Board meetings are open to all members of the QRE II HOA that are in good standing. Members shall be given notice of the date, hour, place and general subject of a regular of special board meeting, including a general description of any matter to be brought up for deliberation in executive session. Notice shall be provided at least 72 hours before the start of the meeting by posting the notice on the QREII website and sending the notice by email to each member who has registered an e-mail address with the Association.
